We were at the top of the Arc de Triomphe, it was about 6 degrees C and very windy. Everyone was wearing warm clothing, and then on the corner of the Champs Elysees, this 'bride' appeared. No idea if she was posing for a fashion shoot (didn't see any photographers) or she was just happy but nuts...
